It has been a very long time! I have so much to talk about, so here is another product review for you all.
I am so excited to be sharing with you all my comments on the Too Faced, Naked Eye palette. I was so excited when I got this palette and it has not disappointed me one bit.
Lets face it, every girl should own a neutral eye palette that suits her skin tone and eye colour, and ladies this is one that will definitely be worth it. I love using this palette for those busy days when I don’t have time for heavy blending, however don’t be fooled this palette can create some gorgeous dramatic looks worthy of any special occasion.
The colour range that you get in the Too Faced, Naked Eye palette is amazing. The eyeshadows are gorgeous, some of the shades are pigmented, they are all true to what they look like in the pan and are so wearable. You can use the shadows in the suggested ways that are shown in the palette, but I find that because the colours are so complementary I am able to try different colour combinations that have a stunning effect. Many of the shades can be used as a highlight under your brow bone and in the inner corners of your eyes. Basically, all the shades in this palette are so versatile and you can achieve any look using these neutral but dramatic shades. The eyeshadows go on easy, they have a great texture and can be easily applied. They blend very easily and because of this you can really achieve a flawless look.
The packaging is so cute, it is sturdy and the colours stay put. It also comes with three handy cards that give you complete eye looks using this palette.
My overall rating is 9.5/10 – I really enjoy using this palette, the colours, texture and pigments are amazing. It is my go to palette and I use it for almost every look.
I hope this inspires you to think more about neutral shades and to use them in your everyday or evening looks.
Have a great day and remember stay sweet xoxo
It has been a long long time. Soo sorry, life has been super busy!
I wanted to share with you my favourite primer products and emphasize why it is so important to use a primer before makeup application.
Using a makeup primer is the best way to make your makeup stay on for longer. Their aim is to prepare the skin for the makeup application, they pamper the skin and create a protective base for longer- lasting, natural looking foundation
application and wear. Primers give the makeup something to grab onto and help your makeup last longer, because they create a smooth and perfect surface. A primer is something you put on as a barrier between your skin and foundation. the reason for using a primer is that it makes your skin smoother and you don’t need as much foundation to get a beautiful finish.
My favourite primers are:
Benefit thePOREfessional, it minimize the appearance of pores & fine lines for smoother-than-smooth skin! Apply this silky, lightweight balm alone, under or over makeup.
Tip: I use thePOREfessional on my skin alone for days when I do not want to wear any makeup, it even outs my skin tone
and makes my pores appear smaller.

Benefit dr.feelgood, this primer mattifies shine, the weightless balm leaves your skin feeling silky-soft. Fabulous for mid-day touch-ups. It can be worn alone, under or on top of makeup. This primer is great if you are prone to oiley skin.
Tip: Reapply with a sponge for instant mid-day mattification that’s better than blotting papers! Works best when pressed onto the skin in a patting motion.
Benefit dr feelgood primer
Mac Prep and Prime skin, is an ultra-fluid lotion formulated with special-effect silicones. It calms and soothes the skin, blots away excess oil, and evens out skin redness. It improves the laydown and application of foundation or powder.
